TERMS OF SERVICE
If you have requested an order in any kind of way, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
GENERAL INFORMATION
-You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
-You receive full resolution picture without watermark, and a smaller watermarked copy (for medias).
ILLUSTRATION FOR COMMERCIAL USE
If you would like to request a commission for commercial use, please contact me via e-mail so we can discuss the prices and extra fees.If you get a commercial use order, please make sure to discuss the use of it beforehand.
WHAT COUNTS AS COMMERCIAL USE?
There's two levels of commercial use:
-1. Using the commission as publicity (either for yourself, like Patreon stuff, or for a project, including "free" ad-based projects) or as a secondary part of a product, such as art for sites like YouTube or Twitch, website decoration, etc.
-2. The commission is a primary component of a product (like game art) or is sold directly, such as putting it on stickers/pillows/etc and selling that.
What is not commercial?
Using it as icon/avatar in non-profit sites (such as Instagram, twitter or any social media), wallpaper, printing to yourself (do not selling prints).
dELIVERY TIME
The commission would be started as soon as the first payment is confirmed then it will take
1 weeks to 1 month to be finish and delivery AFTER BEING STARTED(If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date you must state it with me. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.)

For any Costume commission like (NSFW, FURRY OR ANYTHING SPECIAL) contact me detailing what exactly do you need so we can discuss the new extra fee.
Payment
-All commissions must be paid in 60% upfront and 40% when is done, in order to be deliver.
Your commission won't be started until the first payment is confirmed
-All payments through PayPal must be made in USD.
CANCELING & REFUNDING POLICY
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund unless the commission is not completed in 6 months even if I haven't started it.
CORRECTIONS & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
-A max of free MINOR 3 changes/corrections per advance of each commission. For each extra change it could go from a +10% - 20% extra.
•No edits after 48 hours of receiving final art. You can make the edits yourself.
• When I sent a WIP to you, and there is no response in the next 48 hours, it will be considered approved and I will move on to finish the piece.Free Changes: (Such as small coloring/marking mistakes, missing details.)
Extra Charge Changes: outfit change, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely or partly.Copyrights and Permissions (negotiable)
• I, the Illustrator, hold every right to the produced artwork,
Promote myself with in any place or site. Sell prints of it. Publish books with. To display it anywhere to my liking. Post it wherever I want.• Commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, repost without credit, make merchandise
of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.
The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless it's paid as comercial work commission.For PRIVATE commission extra 30% fee of the total price.
If by any case you wish to "un-private" that commission in the future (so you can upload it somewhere), you can do it, however there will be no refunds for the extra private fee.
WORK IN PROGRESS & advances
-You can ask for an advance / W.I.P. per week of work
-If I sent a WIP to you, and there is no response in the next 48 hours, it will be considered approved and I will move on to finish the piece. This is in order to not delay my working process.
